The international law firm VERNY & DAUSES Rechtsanwälte / Arbitrators was founded in 2001 by Professor Dr. univ. Arsène Verny, M.E.S, together with the Scientific Director of the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg Professor Dr. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Manfred A. Dauses. The two namesakes worked as respected experts and litigators in the field of European and International commercial law, including numerous representations of state institutions and private organizations before the European Court of Justice, until the death of Professor Dauses in 2016.

With a presence in Berlin and several german locations in regional office communities in Cologne and Düsseldorf as well as with EU cooperation law firms in Prague (Czech Republic) and Leiden (Netherlands), we serve, consult and represent companies, public institutions and private individuals comprehensively in out-of-court and in-court legal matters as well as in drafting relevant contracts.
