Professor Verny has been an arbitrator for international proceedings at the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic (Rozhodčí soud při Hospodářské komoře České republiky a Agrární komoře České republiky) in Prague and at the same time at the German Arbitration Institute DIS (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtbarkeit DIS) for over 20 years. tätig.
